She has been actively contributing to the educational sector for more than a decade offering CCA and ECA services through Dempsey Academy.
Nivetha Dandekar, Co-Founder
With a strong background in education consulting in Singapore, Australia and UAE, Nivetha excels in tertiary education, independent business management, and goal-driven sales.

Shiv, a successful Australia-based businessman with a management background in the fashion industry, supports K12Varsity Hub's financial decisions and strategies, showcasing his keen interest in education industry across Singapore, UAE, and Australia.
Balaji Venky
Balaji, IT Head, holds a Master's in Microelectronics and is an automotive expert. He has held various leadership positions across the US, Europe and Singapore regions. As a thought leader, he aims to bridge the gap between academia and corporate reality.

Dr. Vaijayanti Pandit
Dr. Vaijayanti Pandit is the former Senior Director at FICCI, and she served as an advisor at Welingkar Institute of Management. She holds a Ph.D. in Women's Entrepreneurship Development from Bajaj Institute and has led Gender Empowerment projects for ILO. Currently, she serves as an independent director for companies in the auto, energy, and textile sectors.
