Unlocking imagination, fostering expression, connecting hearts, conveying ideas, and enriching lives through storytelling and language. Story Telling competition is needed for young students to foster imagination, hone storytelling skills, and cultivate a love for literature.  It is a powerful educational tool that enhances literacy skills and promotes holistic development, enriching students’ lives in myriad ways. Let’s make it and enroll students !  We are launching the competition and extending the deadline till the end of various school holidays to nurture the kids’ speaking skills. Competition Fee* : SGD $25 per submission   | AED $75 per submission | AUD 25 per submission Deadline to Register : Deadline to register and make payment for this competition is 31st August, 2025. Grade 1 to 3 (Max 4 mins)
  •  What I Want to Be When I Grow Up (What job do you dream of doing? Why does it excite you? What will you need to do to achieve it?)
  • My Favorite Animal (Why is it your favorite? What do you know about it? How can we help protect it?)
  • My Favorite Food (Why do you like it? What ingredients are used to make it? How can we avoid wasting food?)
  1. The competition will be conducted via zoom meeting.
  2. Use of visual aids and props are not allowed.
  3. Speech must be from memory and should not be read from anywhere.
  4. The judge panel may ask for any facts / data used in the speech.
Grade 4 & 5 (Max 5 mins)
Grade 6 to 8 (Max time 6 mins)
  • The Importance of Friendship (What makes a good friend? How do friendships impact our lives? Share a memorable story about a friend.)
  • The Benefits of Teamwork (Why is working with others important? Share a time when teamwork helped you succeed. What makes a great team?)
  • If I Could Change One Thing in the World (What issue would you address and why? How would you go about making the change? What impact would this change have?)

Grade 9 and 10 (Max time 6 mins)
  • The Impact of Social Media on Teenagers (How does social media affect self-esteem and relationships? What are its advantages and disadvantages? Should there be limits on its usage?)
  • The Importance of Mental Health Awareness (Why is it important to talk about mental health? How can schools and communities support mental well-being? Share ways to reduce stress and maintain mental health.)
  • Should Teenagers Be Allowed to Make Big Life Decisions? (At what age should teenagers have more independence? What types of decisions should teens be allowed to make? Share examples of responsible or challenging choices teens face.)

  • The Pros and Cons of Taking a Gap Year (What does freedom mean to you? How do responsibilities increase with freedom? Share personal experiences of finding balance.)
  • The Challenges of Balancing Freedom and Responsibility (What does freedom mean to you? How do responsibilities increase with freedom? Share personal experiences of finding balance.)
